Cinnamon

Hi, I'm a tea-loving, obsessed procrastibaker. I enjoy putting together recipes from all over the world of all different types and sharing them with all of my family.

Although many of my recipes appear complicated (or sometimes anyway), I promise they're perfect for any novice baker who just wants to give it a try. Mostly inspired by BBC goodfood and the multitude of cookbooks stacked around my house, my sweet concoctions are the necessary basics. I like to experiment with Middle Easters and Moroccan food, as well as anything containing cinnamon. I'm fascinated by the colours and spices available which can make absolutely anything taste amazing.
